About the Role
As an IT Recruiter / HR Executive – Talent Acquisition at eCare Infoway LLP in Vadodara, you will support the complete recruitment journey for our IT, digital and creative teams — from understanding a hiring requirement to helping the right candidate join the organisation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage recruitment activities for IT, digital, creative and related business roles.
- Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, professional networks and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current openings and upcoming requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, communication, availability and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-up with candidates and internal hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication from first contact through offer and joining.
- Support offer discussions, salary negotiation, notice-period discussions and joining coordination.
