About the Role
As a Social Media Executive & Content Creator at eCare Infoway LLP in Vadodara, you will manage the full content-creation journey for social media — primarily Instagram, Facebook and the wider Meta ecosystem.
This is a hands-on creator role. You should be able to take content from idea → script → shoot → on-camera presentation → edit → published Reel without depending entirely on a separate videographer or editor. Camera confidence, content instincts and an understanding of social analytics are all important.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Research content ideas, competitors, trends, formats and audience interests.
- Develop social media content strategies and maintain weekly or monthly content calendars.
- Create Reel concepts, hooks and short scripts for Instagram and other short-form platforms.
- Plan and shoot video content independently using a suitable smartphone or camera setup.
- Appear confidently on camera when the content concept requires a presenter.
- Edit Reels and short-form videos into polished, platform-ready content.
- Create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social channels.
- Monitor changes in Meta and Instagram algorithms, trends and content formats.
- Track reach, views, engagement and follower growth and use performance data to improve future content.
- Coordinate with designers or the wider marketing team when additional creative support is required.
